Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely grated or minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: Add a touch of honey or a pinch of cayenne for contrast
Preparation:
